Our Trainers

Born in Algeria in 1990, Hamza started Judo at age 6 before moving on to Muay Thai and Boxing, winning multiple national and junior championships. With over 12 years of coaching experience in Algeria and Dubai, he has trained kids, adults, and champions in boxing, kickboxing, and Muay Thai. Passionate, disciplined, and driven, Hamza’s mission is simple — to build champions in sport and in life.

We’re proud to welcome Coach Loubna Adine to the VEX Fitness coaching team.

Loubna began boxing as a teenager and trained with top coaches across Europe. She is a two-time national champion in Belgium and winner of a major international tournament in France. Boxing isn’t just something she does—it’s who she is.

After 5 years of grinding in Dubai, she made history by organizing the first-ever Ladies Only Boxing Event in the UAE, creating a platform where women could step into the ring, challenge themselves, and compete at a high level.

Her coaching style is focused, technical, and demanding. She works with people who want more—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Whether your goal is weight loss, learning real boxing technique, or preparing for a fight, Coach Loubna delivers structure, discipline, and real results.

She doesn’t follow trends or copy online workouts. Her methods are built on real experience, real fights, and real preparation.

One of her most powerful success stories:
A woman in her 40s came to her with no boxing experience and a fight scheduled in just one month. Through intense physical, technical, and mental preparation, she stepped into the ring—and won.

Sarah Cherif

Martial Arts & Gymnastics Coach

Coach Sara is a former champion in kickboxing and Viet Vo Dao, with a unique background that combines high-level athletic performance and real-world experience. A former police officer and professional bodyguard, she brings discipline, precision, and a strong sense of safety into every training session.

For children aged 4–5 and up, Coach Sara offers fun, structured, and age-appropriate programs focused on gymnastics, flexibility, coordination, and kickboxing. Her teaching approach encourages confidence, focus, and body awareness through playful yet disciplined training. Flexibility plays a central role in her methodology, supporting healthy physical development and creating a strong foundation for future progress in combat sports.

For adults, Coach Sara provides fitness, flexibility, and kickboxing training tailored to weight loss, muscle strengthening, self-confidence, and effective self-defense. Each program is personalized — whether the goal is intense, high-energy sessions to push limits or more progressive and accessible workouts adapted to individual needs.

Driven by passion and purpose, Coach Sara is known for her positive energy, motivation, and high professional standards. Her mission is to help every student unlock their full potential — becoming stronger, more confident, and mentally resilient, both in training and in everyday life.
